Artistic Balloon Creations was born from a simple idea: celebrations should feel magical. What started as creating balloon décor for community events quickly became something more. We saw how a thoughtfully designed backdrop or balloon installation could instantly transform a room and bring people together — creating excitement, smiles, photos, and lasting memories.

Inspired by those experiences, Dawn and Carly launched Artistic Balloon Creations LLC to bring that same sense of joy and creativity to birthdays, corporate events, school celebrations, grand openings, showers, and special occasions throughout North Carolina and South Carolina.
